6:30 – 8:00
Arrival & Welcome
Warm greetings at the door, health check, and quiet table activities as friends arrive.
8:00 – 8:30
Breakfast
Family-style breakfast prepared in our on-site kitchen. Children help set and clear.
8:30 – 9:00
Circle Time
Songs, calendar, weather, feelings check-in, and a preview of the day's investigation.
9:00 – 10:15
Learning Centers
Literacy, math, science, and studio centers with small-group teacher instruction.
10:15 – 11:15
Outdoor Play
Natural playground, garden, mud kitchen, and loose-parts building.
11:30 – 12:15
Lunch
Scratch-cooked, nut-free lunch served family style with conversation prompts.
12:30 – 2:30
Rest & Quiet Time
Cots, soft music, and quiet books for early risers. Infants nap on their own schedule.
2:30 – 3:15
Creative Activities
Open studio, music, creative movement, or the STEM lab depending on the day.
3:15 – 3:45
Afternoon Snack
Fruit, whole grains, and water — plus a story while everyone settles.
3:45 – 5:00
Free Play & Clubs
Child-directed play indoors and out, plus optional Spanish, robotics, and cooking clubs.
5:00 – 6:30
Pickup & Goodbyes
Daily report handoff, artwork collection, and a teacher recap of your child's day.

Late arrivals
Arrive any time before 9:30 AM so your child can join circle time and morning centers.
Nap flexibility
Non-sleepers rest quietly for 45 minutes, then choose books or table work.
Weather
We go outside unless it's below 30°F, above 95°F, or the air quality index is unhealthy.
Daily report
Meals, naps, diapers, mood, and photos land in your portal before 4:00 PM.
