How we use it
To respond to inquiries, schedule tours, administer enrollment, communicate about your child's day, and meet state licensing requirements.
Photos and media
We photograph classroom life for family updates and documentation. Photos are shared publicly only with a signed release, which you may revoke at any time.
Parent portal data
Portal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to your family and your child's teaching team, and never sold or shared with advertisers.
Third parties
We use a childcare management platform and an email provider. Both are bound by confidentiality agreements and process data only on our instructions.
Data retention
Enrollment records are retained as required by Oregon childcare licensing, then securely destroyed. Inquiry records are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your family's information at any time by emailing hello@achildssafehaven.com.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from children.
